Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the rectal or anal area, caused by increased pressure, often due to constipation, straining during bowel movements, pregnancy, or prolonged sitting. They can occur internally (inside the rectum) or externally (under the skin around the anus).

    • Painless bleeding during bowel movements.
    • Protrusion of tissue through the anus.
  2. External Hemorrhoids:
    • Itching or irritation around the anus.
    • Swelling and pain.
    • Hard lump near the anus (due to thrombosis).
