1.Feedback Submission:

• Candidates must submit detailed feedback of their treatments to the institution.
• Feedback should include patient response, treatment outcomes, and overall satisfaction.

2.Proof of Work:

• Candidates are required to provide photographic or video proof of the treatments or practical work they have conducted.
• The proof must clearly demonstrate the therapy performed by the candidate.

3.Minimum Cases Requirement:

• Candidates must provide evidence of at least 8 successfully treated cases to qualify for the certificate.
• The reports must adhere to the institution's prescribed standards.

4.Certificate Issuance Fee:

• A nominal processing fee will be charged for issuing the certificate as per the institution's policies.

5.Certificate Validity:

• The certificate will remain valid only under the institution's specific guidelines. The institution reserves the right to cancel the certificate in case of misuse.

6.Approval Timeline:
