Colour Therapy

Color therapy, also known as chromotherapy, is a form of therapy that uses color and light to treat certain mental and physical health conditions.Colour is simply light of varying wavelengths, thus each colour has its own particular wavelength and energy. We can trace this form of therapy back to the ancient Egyptians. They made use of sun-filled rooms with colored glasses for therapeutic purposes.

The energy relating to each of the seven spectrum colours of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet, resonates with the energy of each of the seven main chakras/energy centres of the body.

There are many different ways of giving colour, including; Solarized Water, Light boxes/lamps with colour filters, colour silks and hands on healing using colour.

NOTE: 1. This course can be done both in English & Hindi Medium. 2. Course can be done regular, by correspondence, by Internet or in camps. 3.
